Who sees what
- Owners
- Their own levy account and statement, the budget, reserve-fund health, every vote, the AGM pack and the rules.
- Tenants
- Access and visitor passes, maintenance they can report, notices that affect them, and bookings. Never the scheme’s finances.
- Trustees
- Everything, plus the decision queue and the audit trail — and they carry personal liability for it.
The split is enforced in the API, not in the interface. A tenant’s device is never sent the scheme’s finances in the first place, so there is nothing to reveal by inspecting the page.
